Room Request

Staying at SSR in Feb (we're waitlisted for AK Kidani and BLT-our home resort) and was wondering when I request to stay in a specific room or area of the resort? Can I do it through MS or do I request at check in? Thank you!

You would do it through MS. For SSR do it now. If your WL comes through, do it then.
