Room Request - VGF

We have a 2 bedroom lake view room booked at VGF. We would like a room close to the main building. We have never stayed here before....so, is there such a thing as a good room to request or all rooms here relatively close to the main building? Is first floor, the best request?

VGF is a very small resort, from end to end VGF is a 2 minute walk, 7 minutes max to the GF. Best request is up to you, we tend to like upper floors.

Since you take the same doors out to get to the main building and it maybe takes 2-3 minutes to get from the furthest room to the door really there is nothing they can do that would meet that request. We also like upper floors.

Actually there are 2 main doors, the front doors under the porte-cochère and a side door with a covered walkway to the GF. The side door will shave 60 seconds off of your short walk to the GF.

We enjoy walking along the pool between the GF and VGF and enter through the GF side door.
