I am usually not picky and have never had specific requests, but I may my upcoming trip. When do you ask the CM when you are checking in, if they were met or where your room is located? Do I ask immediately or wait until the end of the check in process? Thanks so much!

I would do it near the beginning of the process, before they have you all checked in and have the KTTW cards printed up. Once they have your reservation pulled up on the system, they should be able to tell you.

If you know what your request is you can call and put it onto your reservation before you check in. That way when they look it up a few days before check in to assign a room they'll see it on there.

I just do not want to be like Hi ok now where is my room. So I guess after they take my id and pull up my ressie I will ask so they do not link a room I do not like.

Well I'm sure you would never say anything that rude under any circumstances.:)

Make sure that any room requests have been placed on your reservation well in advance of check in. When you arrive, after the usual pleasantries have been exchanged, simply state that you had made a request for ______, and have they been able to give you your request. Easy peasy. They will tell you what room you have been assigned and point it out for you on the resort map.

This -Or if you find out your room isn't located where you requested, just ask them if there is anything available. ... and if you are concerned about getting the room you want, I would skip Online Check In - not that you won't get your request - but if you want to talk about your room location it would be better to do the regular check in. :)

Last time we were at POFQ, we asked if they had a room available on the 1st floor. Our original room was on the 3rd floor of building 1. It took the CM a bit of time (due to computer problems) but she was able to get us a a ground floor room in building 7 (which was great for us). We did have to wait for the room to be cleaned and such, but it wasn't a big deal to get what we wanted.
