Anybody had good luck with this? Staying at BLT end of the month and I like to pick a view when we are there. I've never done online because I feel like I've got a better shot if I'm actually standing there with the cast member. I always end up getting the view I'm looking for. This of course was preCovid. Anyone NOT get their room request when checking in online?
