Room request locations

Booked Pop Century. Did not see anywhere to put location request (building floor) when I made the booking. Can my reservation be updated now to put in my requests? Where do I do it? Or do I need to wait until our on line check in window opens up?

You really have to call any particular requests. Current online checkin options are extremely limited.

At one point this year, online check in requests had expanded to offer more choices. Now I know you have to call for building/room specifics, but someone here answered me that there was a "courtyard view" option for online check in at Pop now, which is the only thing I really want. I sure hope that is still the case.
