Room request for cash stay in BCV room?

I booked a cash stay in a BCV studio and am wondering if anyone knows how to put in a room request. I emailed using the normal method that I would for a points stay but they said since I booked it not using my member ID, they couldn’t put my room request on the reservation. Does anyone know if there is a number to call or better yet an email for cash stays to make room requests? Thank you!

If you booked your cash reservation via Disney’s online site or by calling, you need to call the resort reservation booking number to submit a request.
