My hunny and I are going on our "hunnymoon" in July and are staying at the All-Star Sports Resort. I know not everyone likes this resort but we are very excited. I wanted to send in a room request because I can but I don't know which hotel would be a good one to request. Surfing is out because we don't want to pay extra money. I was thinking baseball since it has its own pool. None of the hotels seem terrible far from the bus stop or main building. Does anyone have some advice? I'm sort of doing this blindly? Also, when is a good time to actually fax in the room request. We still have quite awhile until our trip. Should I call the reservation line to have it noted on our reservation as well as sending a room request? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

We always ask for touchdown. You have the quiet pool at one end and the main pool and food court at the other. If you are on the front side you will face the football field, but you can ask for the backside (parking lot) so it might be quieter for you. We have always faced the football field and it's never been a problem for us, but we have always been on the 3rd floor.

That's great to know. It looks kinda fun with the football field between the two hotels in that section. Any other suggestions?
