Room Request at HoJos

I booked our upcoming trip with Walt Disney World Travel Company. We are staying at HoJo. Since we didn't book directly with the hotel I was wondering if I could call the hotel directly to make a room request-ie: location? Or do I just wait until we arrive and make the request?

Yes, you can. Keep in mind they may charge you extra to do so i.e. $15 per night for a theme park view.

The most important thing to request is a non freeway side room. The Hojo is right on the I-5 and some of the rooms face the highway and can be very noisy. We were on the other side and didn't hear a thing so I was glad I requested to be on that side.
