Room request after making reservation?

Is it possible to call MS after already having a ressie and put in a room request? Has anyone done this before? Thanks!

The on-line reservation system does not accept room requests.

You can either call or e-mail (use contact us on DVCMember.com) your requests. On-line check-in may have some check boxes for location, but you are better off having MS note them on the reservation.

Yes, I am leaving next week and just decided to put in a request on my reservation at BWV. I sent the email via the member website and got confirmation yesterday it was added to it.

We usually email ms to add it to our reservation, so much easier.
