This is a Non-HA one bedroom unit, ground floor, near Turtle Pond bus stop. Really nice view from the patio. Room was clean, but showing a little normal wear & tear, like a couple of carpet pulls. Nothing major. Old style sleeper sofa, and the only old style sofa I've slept upon that I can say really say was VERY uncomfortable. The thin inner spring mattress was just worn out from over use, and I've actually found most of the old style sofa sleepers to be pretty comfy at OKW. The shower stall also was in needs of re-caulking. I did report the shower to maintenance early inthe trip. It was not repaired, but perhaps they were waiting for us to check-out. I will follow up with an email to Member Satisfaction. I'll also include the sleeper sofa in the followup letter. Any bus noise was pretty much blocked by the stair well and trash/recycle room being in front of the unit.

The appliances were all in good condition and working order.

Since we drive on most trips, we've decided to purchase a queen size inflatable mattress to use on the sleeper sofas.

Overall, a great location for OKW, and we'd be happy to stay there again.

We stayed in a studio in Bldg. 32 last month and loved the location - near the bus stop and not too far from the quiet pool. Our studio was in great shape - didn't see anything that looked worn, everything worked and the beds were great. Will be back in Oct.!

We'll be there on Saturday for our 1st stay at OKW and looking forward to it. We have a s split stay this trip, 1st POP then OKW.:thumbsup2

DW and I stayed in the Turtle Pond area this past October (F&WF) room was nice and quiet located on 2nd floor. I can't remember the room number but we were positioned far away from the bus route, virtually no noise. :drinking1
