Room Rates/Codes/AP Rates in December

I have been away from planning a trip for quite some time and I have not kept up with all of the new rates, etc.. Does anyone know what the code (if they were available) rates and/or AP rates were for the following resorts in early December of last year? Are codes still readily available most times of the year? I am trying to price a trip for this early December and I wanted to see if I could get a rough estimate on what might be available.

I'm looking for the december AP codes too.

History would show they will most likely appear some time in August.

General public codes have been few and far between the last 2 or 3 years, but they are still released for some of the slower times of the year.

AP rates in December 2004 included $49 for the Values and $89 for the Moderates. I don't remember the rates for any of the Delixes.

Keep in mind that the discounted rates weren't as low as they have been in the past. Last year the AP rate for a moderate resort in June was $74 a night, this year it's $109.

The thing to keep in mind is that it appears that this year's rates are going to be higher than those in the past. So use these as a reference but don't budget thinking you'll definitely get these rates again.
