Room Preference @ Cabana Bay

Happy New Year!!

My family is going to Cabana Bay and we have booked a standard room. I was wondering if there was a specific floor/building/wing, etc that I should request prior to arrival? For Disney I have always had exactly what we have requested, I was wondering if Universal accepts (and tries to accommodate) these requests in the same way?

Universal is generally great with requests. I've had terrible luck with requests at WDW. We had my 88 year old mother with us last visit at WDW and I requested a room close to the bus stop (called and faxed) and got the furthest room away. I wasn't impressed.

At Cabana Bay the hotel is small compared to the WDW resorts, so room requests are pretty easy to satisfy.
