To OP and other posters: I did some research to verify my post above. The following recent threads I found back up what I am saying. You may pick up your package tickets from a Guest Relations facility up to three days in advance of the start of your package. You MAY NOT pick up your package tickets at Guest Relations on the day your package starts. On check-in day, you must go to your hotel and check-in to get your tickets. I am posting this in order to save OP some trouble and confusion if he/she planned to pick up their tickets the morning of their visit to AK, which is also the day their package starts. Since OP might also want their dining credits, it might be worth it to taxi to CBR early on check-in day, to get tickets and dining credits.
Please note that the last quote below was written by Cheshire Figment, who wrote the Ticket Sticky and who is a Disney Ticketing Employee.
Here is one reference to not allowing advance ticket pick up on the day your package starts:

"One, two, or three days before your check in day -- Go to the park you wanted to go to, bring copies of your room package reservation papers. Get the tickets at Guest Relations. These are plain tickets, not room keys.
Day of check in -- You must go to your resort. You can do preliminary check in as early as 6 in the morning..."
Here is another thread talking about not allowing advance pick up of tickets on check-in day:

"That is correct; if it is your check-in day, guest relations will send you to the resort. It is only if it is earlier than your check-in day."

"Early ticket pick-up can be done only one, two, or three days prior to the check in date at a Park Guest Relations. On the day of scheduled check-in you can only get your package tickets at your Resort."
