Room only PIN question

HI Disney fans,

So booked our family for November 27th check-in at CBR for 4 nights and POP for 3 nights with the 35% room only PIN.
I called yesterday to make a payment, and asked if I could use the PIN still to make our entire trip at CBR. They said I could only get rack rates, which I understand due to the PIN offer expiring. However since we have a ways to go before our trip, would there be another PIN that would come up for that week that I could use? Or have i really missed the opportunity on this?

Call and ask someone else. I have made reservation changes after a promo expired. There just has to be availability from the rooms alotted to that particular promo (I think that's how it works anyway)

As the pp said, you can make changes after a pin expires if there is still availability for the dates and resort you want . I would call back and ask to speak with Guest Services if a regular reservation CM can't help you. Like the pp, I have made changes to my ressies after a promo/pin has expired. Good luck .

I would definitely call again.. it is my understanding that if you have a pin and you make changes to your ressie, you are grandfathered in.. I have been able to make several changes to my reservation even though the pin expired.. Although, like PP said, if all the rooms are already allocated from that pin you may be out of luck..
