Room-only hotel prices?

Ok so we're going to leave for his 8th, and my 1st trip to DLRP tomorrow morning on Eurostar, and we keep returning to the 'Annual Passport' debate. as it's gonna cost £300 for the both of us to get them, is it a good deal if we only use them once in the coming year? I'm not great on the phone, so really don't want to call and ask about room-only prices, but does anyone know how much the Sequoia would cost room-only in the summer?
Left it a bit late to ask, as I have to go home in about an hour to pack...
Any very quick replies would be fantastic.

I think I paid 130 something euro for 1 night in a Sequoia Lodge montana room last December (Christmas season). I booked it just a few days before we went. Even though I have an annual pass, I didn't get any reduction on the price because discounts are subject to availability. It was for 2 adults, bed & breakfast only, no tickets.

Last week I paid £222 for 1 adult & 1 child for 2 nights in Santa Fe, again no tickets. I booked it about a month before we went - don't know if there was a discount on it, the person I booked with didn't seem to know.

I know these prices aren't exactly what you were looking for, but I hope they can be of some help.

Maybe we should leave it till next time... he was saying something about getting a 1-day ticket discount off of the passport if you buy it the same day as aformentioned ticket, but that we can't do it this time because we've already paid...

Quite a few things i'm still not sure about, bit hazy about the half board vouchers (I'm a really fussy eater) and how on earth we get decent breakfast slots as we're doing the Disney Express bags thing.... ARRRRGHHHHHHHHH!

AND I DON'T REMEMBER ANY FRENCH FROM SCHOOL!!!!!!!!!!

The lack of French will be fine, I don't think I've ever come across a DLRP cast member who doesn't speak English as well as French.

The half board vouchers can be used as part payment against the full menu if you don't like anything on the half board menus - some restaurants even let you choose from the full menu.

As for the annual passes, I always thought the magic number was roughly 2 holidays in a year to make them worthwhile, although I'm not 100% sure on that. It's true, however, about getting your single day ticket refunded if you upgrade it to an Annual Pass.

If you've already booked a package with your park tickets included you wont really benefit from and AP this time apart from discounts. You only get your park ticket refunded if it was bought separatly not part of a package. You are probably best waiting til your next trip to buy APs -thats what we did when we had booked then decided to get APs. We did a lot of number crunching and it was better waiting.

Usually its worth while if you are going to spend at least 4 days in the park (either in one trip or several) per year.

We bought my son a Fantasy Pass, even though he was only going to be going once, as this was cheaper than paying for 6 days park entry. My husband bought a one day ticket at a Disney store - cost of £35. The good thing was that the price in Euros was 51.50, so that is the amount they deducted off the cost of the AP.

Don't forget the value of the discounts you get with APs. 10% off food and 20% off shop purchases can add up to quite a bit.
