Room Only Discount Dec 2015?

Has anyone heard anything more as far as deals go for the rest of this year? We were hoping for the free dining, but the ONE WEEK we will be there (Dec 4-7), that deal is out of the question. Room-only is now our only hope I do believe. I think last year the last deals dropped on July 31, but can anyone confirm that? We are trying not to shoot ourselves in the foot by booking early and praying for a deal, but we are getting anxious!

I would never depend on a deal, disney is always changing how they do things. But in the past that I true, just don't know what deal they will offer.
