Any thoughts on the possibility of some room only codes for after July 4 now that the FT package is in full swing?

I know Mary from mousesavers is predicting there won't be any, but anyone else have any ideas? We're doing FT package, but coming back to Orlando for one night before we fly out. If there were codes, I would love to try BWI or the Poly.

I know this has been discussed before, but I wonder if anyone has heard anything.

:( Only good for AP holders and Florida residents.

I'm wondering if it would be possible to negotiate a comeback rate with Disney, given that we'll be staying for 7 nights with the FT package and will be paying in advance?

Any thoughts?

Hi Joanna!

I booked the FTP just last week because I gave up on the idea of mid-late summer codes. It seems like this package is going to be the big summer bargain. Historically, codes for mid-late summer have come out in April. I can't help but think that if they were going to offer summer codes, they would have been out by now. But you can never tell with Disney--they could surprise us. I'm not expecting them at this point though.

Disney hasn't done the comeback rate offer since early March. I can't forsee them doing it again in the near future on top of these FT packages with all the freebies already. And they aren't known for negotiating room rates. ;) So I guess I'd have to say no, it most probably isn't possible.

Oh well, it was just a thought.....looks like Universal or an offsite hotel will get the $$ for that night.

If your interested you could try an Entertainment Rate at the Swan / Dolphin? Same perks as at the WDW resorts and has the same transportantion as the epcot resorts. You said it is for 1 nite only.

MKY :D

There still may be codes, but I don't think you'll see them until the middle of June if there are any.

I was thinking about the Swan/Dolphin. I have an entertainment card, and a SPG card, so I could do that.

What sort of rates should I expect?

I've seen lots of people getting upgrades, any advice on what type of room to reserve?

How much extra is club level?
