Room-Only Booking with ADRs Question

I have already started making ADRs for a room-only booking that we had to change. Originally we were booked July 19-21 to stay at All-Star Music and all our ADRs are under that confirmation number. Now we have changed to July 18-21 at Coronado Springs. Does this mean I need to re-book all my ADRs or will the reservation change not affect them?

The reservation change won't affect the ADRs. They are booked under your phone number, not your hotel reservation number.

When I made a reservation change, my reservation number remained the same. They just modified the information.
