Room only AP or Fl Resident rate June 6 and beyond

Hi-

We are visiting the World June 6-June 11. Unfortunately this stay falls in between two different AP or Fl. Res. discount rate periods. In the old days, the rate at check-in would carry over to the entire stay-it doesn't seem to be that way anymore.

I would like to take advantage of the AP or FL Res. rate for June 6-the last day for the Spring AP or Fl Res. rate. Is it best to book the remainder of days (June 7-11) at the non-discounted rate and then call back to change to the AP rates when they are released? Does this get complicated?

I don't know the answer to that, but there is another thread on the boards that suggests the AP rate may be released April 20th. Keeping checking daily
