We have a 1 bedroom that sleeps five reserved. Does a child age under 3 still not count in the total occupancy for the room?
I did try calling member services, but they were already closed. Just thought someone here knew the answer.

The 1BR's allow five plus a child under three. For all the the DVC rooms, the child under three is in addition to the allowed total.

Just to point out for others that might read this, it's ONE under 3 that doesn't count.

And also count your sleep surfaces in that 1BR. Many of the 1BRs that sleep 5 only provide beds for 4 to start with!

You would still let member services (or the owner will) know the name of the child under three as all guests staying in the room should be shown on the reservation. It will get the toddler a magic band and a ride on DME.
