We have a deluxe room for Sept. and would love a view of the parks. Are there any rooms that have this? Do I put the request in now or on checkin? Also are the deluxe rooms on only one floor? Do they have balconies? Are there smoking roms available? I have read that there are "green" colored rooms and /or "cream" colored rooms. Sorry about all the questions! Thank you! :)

Others will answer with exact room numbers.

What you want to do, is be on the East side of the hotel with a pool view. There are no balconies. Some rooms have bars over the windows, they may open up, but you can't go outside.

I'd call and put the request in now. Why? Because some places assign the room number in advance, and once you are there, it can't be changed.

This happened to me at Cedar Point 2 years ago. I asked for my room from a past trip, but they couldn't change it. This year, I requested the room from the start, and got it.

Here's a thread talking about HRH room numbers.

I loved the view from room 6090 which is a pool view, but not a deluxe. Since it is on the 6th floor, we were able to see the parks. We had requested an upper floor with our pool view and I was pleasantly surprised that we were able to see both parks from there. Don't know what to advise on the deluxe.
