Room Names

Hello is it possible to have a list of room names. This is good since if you are not yet a friend on VMK and want to find someone.

I am not sure how to start this. But I would be willing to keep it up dated if some would show me how.

These are the rooms that I have currently:

Mellow Mushroom (Mad Hatter Room)
Dis Girls Chapter Room (Haunted Mansion Room)
Really Lame Haunted Room (Haunted Mansion Room)*

*This one also doubles as Madame Tishkes Lame Fortune Room and many other names depending on what I am doing in there at the time.

Can't sell rooms (or trade them).

Good luck with the room list -- problem is that I have about 8 and rename many of them frequently.

I wonder whether we should instead just start the convention that any room where we would appreciate Dis visitors simply contain the word Dis in them?

This sounds like a good idea to me.

The only thing is, if no Dis rooms are listed in the Popular Room list, and you don't have a very big friends list, you may not be able to find any Dis people.
At least that's the trouble I had. My list is growing now, so I can usually find someone, but it was difficult for a while.

Strange, but when I use the "SEARCH" function in the popular room list, I can find rooms which weren't on the list originally, even if there was only a single person in it. Others have said it didn't work, but it has for me, on occasion.

discussion place
spare room (x11)
photo room

(the spare rooms are the skull rock rooms)

All linked by various teleporters. Happy Haunt is linked to the Yeti lobby.

Tishke, how did you get the Haunted Mansion rooms? They're pretty fabulous!

It's VERY easy to get one (or a few!) skull rock rooms. Just play the Kellogg's separate Conquer the Sea game. Win or lose, high or low level, you'll get a code that will get you a skull rock room!

So go ahead and do it. It's my favorite room, too -- I have 3 of them.

So, what do you guys do with all your rooms? I guess I don't understand the multiple room thing. You can't be in all of them at the same time. I don't think I could keep up with furnishing more than one room either. LOL!

LOL, well for me:
- 2 rooms donated to the Dis teleporter network (central lobby and Maleficent lobby)
- 1 room called "away from key board", so when I'm afk, I can sit there and my location will describe me
- 1 is the newly refurbished "Dis Carry-Oh-Key Chat Lounge"
- 3 are: "Shed of chairs, Shed of dividers, boxes and rugs, and Room of Stuff"
- 1 is the "- broken room -" which contains the unmovable invisible train (sorry BuddyGenie, maybe they'll fix the bug some day)

Other people have connected their rooms with teleporters to make multi-room races and puzzles.
