We stayed in Building 7. Good location, good view. Most buildings appeared appeared to be in comparably good spots. Don't choose ground floor (unless you have to), the view is not that good.

We just returned from an eight night stay at Vistana Villages ( Nov. 15-22) and absolutly loved it! We were in building 10 - the furthest away from the pool - however it was only a three minute walk. We had our 'walkie-talkies' which came in real handy when you wanted to contact a family member elsewhere on property. Our builidng was closest to the highway and there was no noticable noice. We were on the top floor (5th) and that was great.

During the eveings we spent in the whirlpool which is quite large and very relaxing.

We really enjoyed it - had a rate of $144 per night for a two bedroom. Highly recommend the Sheraton Vistana Villages.

The resort is fairly compact. I would request buildings 6, 7, or 8 on floor 4 or 5 for the best view of the waterfalls and not really that far of a walk to the pool area, but far enough that you won't be disturbed by the noise that might generate from the pools.

This is a very nice resort. Hope you have a great trip.

We also just returned (Nov 19-26) and had building 7. I would also recommend 6/7/8 for convenience to pool and fitness area. That said, you won't walk more than a few minutes from any building. You'll LOVE it!!!!!

We were in building 9 from Nov. 9 to 23. In MHO this is the least desireable location. Although building 10 backs onto International Drive, as an earlier response said, there was little noise. However, if you are spending time on the patio of building 9 you do get traffic noise. That being said, the noise was only evident when on the patio, not when inside with windows, doors closed.

The resort was great, enjoy your stay.
