Room Location Help Needed

We are staying in a two bed room (2 BR) at Old Key West (OKW) for 4 nights Thanksgiving week Tu- Sat. The the Hospitality House booking catagory was not available. I believe we want to be central to the main bus top, store, and boat dock. We are staying with adult children who probably will come and go on their own schedule. Therefore, having the main facilities and bus stop readily available is important. Any recomendation on the best way to request this type of room? Also, any recommendations on which building or area to request?

I always make my requests by emailing Member Services on the DVC website. That has worked well for me.

I don't know what building or area is best for you to request there, OKW is not my area of expertise... @OKW Lover any thoughts?

We like to stay in Old Turtle Pond area. It has its own little pool and snack bar area ,and really not that far from HH. But another area that's also closer to HH is the Pennsular area. As stargazer 65 said it's best to email your request to MS.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom in building 28 that fits your description.

Our last stay there in a 2BR was building 26, a very quick walk across the bridge to HH and the boat but also had a bus stop near by. If you want a building that's also near a quiet pool you might prefer something like building 19 or 20.

Buildings 23-29 are near the first stop (Peninsular road) for the park busses. Disney Springs bus is reverse order, so Peninsular road stop is last. For Springs note that the Boat dropoff is far from the Bus dropoff.

Buildings 23-26 are part of the Hospitality House section; so those wouldn't be available for the request.
