Room location for VWL and AKV

I'm renting a 2bd villa at either VWL or AKV for my family of 8. What is the best room location to request when I book? I'll do a Savannah view at AKV if we go there. Our group has 4 kids, ages 3-10.

VWL mostly has views of trees. . .and more trees. But, that's not a bad thing. I'd request a room with a pool courtyard view. That puts you relatively close to the elevators, might afford you a view of the lake, and keeps you away from the dumpster view that a couple of rooms have at the far end of the Villas building.
