Room location at OKW

Can you tell me if studios are located next to each other in any of the buildings at OKW? I know that a 1 BR and a studio are next to each other, but I don't know about the studios.

We are going to OKW in Dec. and my sister is also going. We are both staying in studios and she wants to be near me.

If you link your reservations - then the room controller will have you in the same building - but I don't think they will do anything closer.

Same building not the same floor - but could be.

no studio are all next to 1-bedroom - OKW does not have any dedicated studios. So I am pretty sure that 2 studios are not next to each other.

OKW studios will NOT be next to each other. All studios are lock-off units, so will be on the outside ends of the buildings and connected to 1 bedrooms units. If you link the ressies and request "near each other" you will probably get the same building though, and maybe one above the other. We requested near another member last year, and we each got 2 bedroom units in the same building and abuting each other, but using different stairs.

According to Doc's configuration study, buildings 14,18,35 and 38 have studios next to each other but they do not connect. They connect to 1 bedrooms on the opposite sides.

Thanks Debbie for directing me to Doc's thread. It was very helpful. My sister wants to be next to us(we both have studios), but since she is living right down the street from us, I don't think it will be most important to be that close. We can see each other any time we want so room location is not of the utmost importance to me.
