Room location at HRH?

Hi..planning a trip to HRH in Nov.... have stayed at PBH but not HRH... I am taking my sister who is recovering from breast cancer so I would like it to be nice for her...she has never been to universal...also she is pretty weak so room location is important to me....what room location would be convienient...should I request near lobby or elevator...also I could get RP club at a good price....would you go there or just stay at the HRH...i was thinking HRH is closer to the parks so less walking...any help would be great...I would really like to make this a nice vacation for my sister....................thanks amy

Corvair, I would definitely request a room near the elevators. Our room was a very long walk from the elevators. After getting off the elevator, we had to walk down a long hall, came to an intersection, and then had to walk down another long hall. Our room was at the very end of the second hall. We had made a room request, but were not given the room we requested. If you call and talk to the front desk manager and explain to him why you need a room near the elevator, I bet he will make sure you get it.
