We arrive a week today, so I would like to email and ask for a nice room, not too far from reception but hopefully with a nice-ish view. Is there any particular floor I should request? 3rd floor I know is Castle Club (I wish) so maybe 2nd or 4th floor may give us a chance of a nice outlook? Advice appreciated!

Thank you! :thumbsup2:thumbsup2

Nothing to add except I hope you get a nice view & I'll be watching this with interest as was going to post the same question!
Hope the party went great too xx

Lol me too! Have to admit that each of the rooms we stayed in in DLH were lovely they overlooked the gardens and were in same wing as swimming pool with exit right at the park. Never thought to email in those days lol

what email address do you use please to get in touch with Disneyland hotel

I don't have the direct address but you can email guest relations with queries and requests. The address is in the useful info sticky :)

You could always phone hotel Direct prior to arrival???? They have your details 4 days before you arrive.

Note to self...., Must remember to do this!!!!

We found the best location ( no view though ) was the ground floor in the far wing beside the pool. The entrance to the pool is right beside the exit to the park and we were in our room within seconds of leaving the park :thumbsup2 We also had doors leading to a small garden area with a table/chairs.

Sounds great Julie, you don't happen to remember what number the rooms were on that corridor by any chance?

I don't know the room number, i'll have a look at home tonight, I might still have it there.

Here's a pic of the outside area:
