Room decorations at the resort...

Curious, I know there must already be a thread about this, but I cannot locate it. I'm bringing some decorations for our room next week and was wondering what the do's and don't's are. Specifically want kind of adhesive I can use. Thanks in advance for your help!

You can't use adhesive at all. I bought suction cups with little hooks on them for our Christmas lights and have window clings for our windows.
