Room Choice for WL or GF?

We are leaving Saturday 12/3 for a split stay between the WL (Courtyard) and GF (Lagoon). Does anyone have suggestions on what floor or what building we should request? We would love a view of the castle in the GF but won't get my hopes up.

I can't believe we are leaving on Sat! The stress is starting to sink in that I have not planned enough!!!

In Wilderness Lodge, 4th and 5th floors have a nice view. Stay off the 6th, as the balcony is enclosed and you can't see out unless you stand up.

I'd recommend asking for Conch Key or Sago Cay building at the GF. Similar to the WL, if you don't want a smaller enclosed balcony, stay away from the top floor dormer rooms.

Request:
Main Pool view (or else you may overlook the pool at the VWL)
Near the geyser, but not at the end of the lodge (or else your room view may be partially obstructed by trees if you are on the North side)
5th floor
Roaring Forks side
