We have booked a vacation for us and our in-laws and have 2 rooms in the packaged. We decided to pay for the package for them and everything right now is in my name. Since we have the dinning package, I believe that all of our meals will be pooled and not seperated based on rooms and who is in each room. Please let me know if this is not true.

Also wondering if it is possible to break room charging privilages to be on seperate credit cards for each room (if we do have the meals pooled)? I would like the in-laws to have the freedom to charge what they want and have it on their credit card, rather then worrying about trying to pay us back later.

Thanks!

Not sure about the meal plan, but I'd think you'd be able to put a differant credit card on each room key for charging privilages. Just ask at check-in, they should just be able to give you a 2nd autherization form for the guests in the 2nd room to sign.

I tried this back in July.

You are only allowed one credit card per reservation. If you have more than one room, each room charges to that same credit card.

You can pick and choose which room keys have the charging privileges.

Hi - I was at Pop in Aug - I reserved/paid for 3 rooms on package with MYW tickets and meal plan -- upon check-in - My MIL gave her CC for her room charges, I gave my CC for my room charges - no issue - 3rd room - SIL gave no CC -(she is NOT to be trusted with a CC-ha,ha)
As for the meal plan -- it was done by room -- Each room had it's own allottment based on number of people in the room -
Hope this helps
