Room booking with Undercover Tourist?

I've bought tickets from Undercover Tourist, but I didn't realize that you could also book rooms through them. What are the benefits vs booking through Disney (if any)?

They have a small discount off the Disney rates (seems to be around 5%), and they may have rooms in their inventory that are sold out through Disney. I believe their cancellation policy is the same as Disney, and they will provide the reservation number needed for MDE. However, you can usually get a larger discount using a code at Orbitz or Cheaptickets if you want to go through a 3rd party.
