Room block Question

I've had 45 rooms booked so far in my room block. I lower it alot still need 55 more to go which i knew we will get.

Has anyone switched a hotel on their block?? My maid of honor's family wanted to stay at the beach club. I mistakenly put the yacth club. I asked my planner recently to switch the hotel on my room block before they booked. That was done. However, they booked and now I noticed the room rate is $50 more then what I was quoted. I called my planner but she was out with a wedding all day on friday. I know she will get back to me.

Just wondering if anyone else has had this happen.

We switched hotels in our room block several times - as long as there's availability it is not a problem.
