Room block & DVC & free room on wedding night??

I have 2 questions I hope someone can help me with.

1. If I don't use the free night they give the bride/groom(because we are DVC members) do they give you a credit of some kind?

2. I am a DVC member and so is another family that is attending my VR. I plan on staying at WDW for a total of 10 days around my Wishes VR. Can those nights be counted for my room block? Will the other families DVC room nights be counted towards my room block?

Hi Desnik,

I think I can help.

1) If you don't use your room they will give you a credit. I am using my free night at the Beach Club. If I didn't want the room, they offered a $90 credit on my wedding account. I am not sure how they come up with the $90 or if that is a standard rate.

2) You can count those ten nights toward your block and you can count all DVC rooms. You just give your planner those confirmation numbers.
