I have a room available in a 3 bed/2 bath apt for mid/late June with a lease going through January. It is a partially furnished apartment with the possibility of bedroom furnishings. We are two females, one of which currently works for Disney, and myself, I work for a local company in Kissimmee. Looking for females but open to the possibility of males. We are located off South International and 535 near Vista Way. Rent plus utilities averages $450/month.
