Forgive me for this duplicate post but if someone can let me know what buildings are used for Land/Sea room assignments that would be great. I would like to see if I can send in a room request in a few weeks. Only 21 days and counting. :earsboy:

When we did the land/sea, we were assigned to Rapa Nui--we overlooked the parking lot but couldn't see it because of the lush vegetation. We liked the location--very close to the TTC, and a nice stroll from the ceremonial house and pool area.

Last June we had a room in Tokelau. We loved the location!!! We hope to get a similar room assignment in 4 days :cloud9:

We have beenin Tokelau for both our Land and Sea trips. I agree, this building is a great, central location.

We did the Land/Sea in April and were in garden view Tahiti. We loved it. Pretty close to most everything. Wish we were back there now! Have a great time on your trip! :wizard:

I was placed in the Tahiti as well for my land/sea package. It's a wonderful place!!

We did the land and sea in April and were in Rarongta, great location right next to the Great Ceremonial House.

I wanna go back!!

On our last Land/Sea, almost 2 years ago, we were in Figi. We wanted something closer, Raratonga or Samoa, for my mom who has congestive heart failure. TA was supposed to have requested this but when we checked in I mentioned it and I don't think it was even on our papers, anywhere. So we had no luck as they were pretty booked. This time (going in 10 days) I'm going to call ahead a couple of days and see if that makes any difference. She will wheelchair the parks but does not want to have to do it all the time. She might not go to the parks much for this reason but wants to swim while we're there..... we'll see what happens. My SIL is also with our party and she recently recovered from hip replacement surgery as well... not in pain but just not walking normally yet.

Bumping this one to see if there's a pattern here with room Poly assignments... My overplanning wouldn't be complete without it :)

Has anybody done a land/sea the last week of Nov/first week of Dec?

Is the current remodeling putting Land and Seaers in certain places?

Has anybody ever asked for an upgrade when they checked into the Poly?

All I know is we're getting a garden view.

All Land/Sea packages are Standard Garden view rooms. I belive you or your travel agent can put in a building request, but it is not guaranteed. Last September we booked the Land/Sea package Cat 4 plus Poly. When we arrived at the Polynesian, we asked for an upgrade to Hawaii, which is Concierge. I think it cost us around $70 additional per night. It was well worth it. We would have done the same this year, but Poly Concierge is closed for building remodeling during our stay.

We did Land/Sea May 12th of this year, 3 days land/ 4 days sea and we were placed in Somoa.
