Room 8576

Last week we were on the Magic in Room No. 8556. We rebooked, and I selected Room 8576-- further aft. My thoughts on this was that we would be close to the aft elevators (less congested than mid) and that we would have quick access to Topsiders and the Mickey Pool just by using the stairs.

Has anyone stayed in this cabin? Any other thoughts on this location? Unfortunately, I have PLENTY of time to request a change in the room if we change our minds.

we were on 8578 right next door to 8576 and when I rebooked on board I asked for the same room and we will be in 8576. It was absolutely perfect! the kids could go up one flight of stairs to paradise in the mickey pool. it was right behind the elevators and really noise free. It was one of dh's request when I rebooked that we stay right in that area of the ship...

We were in 8576 for our first cruise and loved the locations so much we stayed there on our second cruise also. You are right near the elevators and the stairs. Its a quick run upstairs to get drinks, bring down a hot breakfast from Topsiders, ice cream from Scoops and close to the restaurants for dinner. You're going to love the location!

We are staying in cabin 8520 which is forward on that deck. It is right by the forward elevator. Do you think this is a problem?????

How are these rooms? We don't go for a year should we request rooms further aft? We felt that by being midship we would not rock as much. Does the aft rock a lot or not, we had a really big problem on RCCL last month we were on deck 10 right in the front and we rocked a lot

BUMPING THIS UP...I've posted a few times in the last month and nobody seems to have stayed anywhere near our cabin. I'm wondering why? There is so much feedback on other cabins. Is something wrong with this section???

We stayed in cabin 8586 two years ago and really liked the location. So, I'm sure that 8576 will be just as nice.

I don't know if this will put your mind at ease REALITYFREAK but I think your cabin location is great! Personally we like to be forward and near the elevators. I think you have a great spot. Everyone just needs to try it once to know what they like. I just like being near the elevators/stairs for my kids to find our room---rather than walk down longs halls with lots of rooms all looking alike. You will love that location I think!!
