room 8006 Magic???

Can anyone give me any insight into this room, noise, view, motion etc? We just got assigned our stateroom and when I looked it up I found it to be an adjoining room Now that wouldnt be bad if the next door neighbors are part of our family but there not and Im worried about how much we will hear between the rooms.

Any info would be great.

We were in 8002 for the repo cruise and loved it! No one goes down that hall unless they have a stateroom there. We were in 8004 and our daughter and sil and baby were in 8006 on the Wonder a few weeks ago and they are adjoining rooms. Again, loved it! We didn't hear any baby crying or anything. We always sleep with a fan on so we take a little fan with us and that cuts down on some of the noise as well from people on deck 9. I like it up there because you don't get that much "ceiling" traffic. Further back midship and aft you get a lot of noise from people playing ping-pong, etc.

Motion wise, I really didn't notice any difference between those rooms and any of the others I've been on. Also, you get the nice smells from the spa!

I do not like being aft on deck 8 because of all the traffic at the Mickey pool and Topsiders, the hall way gets hot and it is noisier, IMO.

So, in a nutshell, I think you will like where you are.

You can go out on your verandah and see the Captain on the bridge and that is always neat to do if he is on that side when you leave a port.

Thanks for the help, I guess I am just being a obsessive compulsive planning freak (Full blown OCPD here ) and trying to learn as much as I can.
