Rookie Help

I just stumbled upon your forum and I'D LOVE do some of these cute disigns for my son's trip with my parents in October especially an autograph book...i'm just totally confused on how to get started!
I went on alot of the Disigners pages but i dont know how to save them and transfer them to Shutterfly...
Also how do you print out the images and transfer them onto a shirt lol..I know i'm asking some very stupid and easily answered questions but there alot of threads to go through and i'm completely clueless!!!
