Rookie DVCer borrowing question

Hi all! Just bought BCV and want to take the WHOLE family down in Feb 2003. Here's my plan-- can some patient DVC veterans please look it over for me? I keep doing the "what ifs" until I'm driving myself crazy!
We have 150 pts with a Feb use year. Banked 02 pts when we signed. We decided on 7 studios Sun-Thurs at OKW in Feb 03 for maximum space at minimum pts--borrowing 85 pts from 04-- total 385 pts.
Here are the questions:
Will I get 7 studios in some proximity at OKW at the 7 month window?
If anyone needs to cancel at 31 + days out, can I determine whether the cancelled rooms were made with banked points, borrowed points, or 03 pts? Does it matter?
If they cancel within 30 days, same question as above-- since borrowed points can't be returned to their original use year, those would be the ones we'd want to use, correct?
I have learned a lot as a lurker here, but couldn't find the answer to these questions.

Your name will be on all reservations and your points will be the only ones used and all from one contract. In the event of cancellation, you can easily reallocate the points to make sure to use use the borrowed points, as they can't be returned to the original year. Next priority would be to make sure that the banked points are used. The current (2003) points could still be banked. The same would apply for a less-than-30-day cancel- any cancelled points would still have to be used before the end of the year- as none could be banked.

As for location- 7 studios in one building might be tough, but possible. I'd emphasize the issue when the reservation is made and make that your 1st request (don't be too picky about location- ask to be in the same building as 1st request).

You never know until you call, but it might be difficult booking 7 studios in February at 7 months. I would have a back-up plan in place just in case that can't be done. This might include booking a 2-bedroom in place of a studio. Or, you might want to book some studios at your Home Resort now as "back-up" in case you can't get everyone into OKW. This would allow you some flexibility to stay on the wait list for studios to come through.
