Ronto Wrap Sausage

Has anyone ever made the Ronto Wrap at home? Planning on trying to make a copycat for May the 4th and am wondering what type of sausage to use. Any suggestions or recommendations are appreciated!

I just received my delicious Disney cookbook, and they use pork shoulder, roasted for 3 hours, sliced, then grilled.

They use a Hawaiian Portuguese sausage. You can usually find something similar in the supermarket. Look for Linguica.

There is also a sausage in addition to the roast pork.

Also, use Naan bread. Stonefire is a good brand available widely. Its NOT pita bread, Disney calls it that in the description but that is inaccurate.
