I thought they were reasonable. 90 studio villa, 130 one bedroom, 166 two bedroom.

Can you just call and ask for AAA rate if you are a member, or do these rates have to be booked through AAA agent?

Just call and mention AAA. It's 10% off. Without AAA, it would be $100 for the studio. But mid Sept is probably offseason so you won't always be at a starting point of $100.
