Romney's MA cuts - what do you think?

Seems like it's gonna be the 10% cut, not the 15-20%?
Can someone please shed some more light on this.

As a public library director, I'm waiting until the numbers are released. Statewide library services were severely cut prior to Gov. Swift's departure. Any cuts to local cities and town ultimately end up hurting the libraries which are usually deemed non-essential. So, even though the Gov. may not be making direct cuts to libraries, we are sure to suffer.
