romantic things to do at disneyworld

I have a cousin of mine who is going to Disney with his fiancée both for the first time. My brother works at Disney and got them a great room rate and they saved a bunch of money. I am trying to give him ideas on some romantic dinner locations to reserve, special locations to see fireworks, boat trips or other activities to try or anything else that would fit.

Whenever anyone says "romantic" I always thinking of the California Grill in the Contemporary resort. Disney also offers a couple of specialty cruises http://allearsnet.com/btp/illum.htm. Our favorite place for watching Spectromagic and Wishes in the Magic Kingdom is in the area around the flagpole on Main Street. For Illuminations, normally anywhere around the lagoon is a good place but your cousin may want to try and get seating at the Rose & Crown or Cantina de San Angel and enjoy a meal while watching.
