DH & I are celebrating our 15th anniversary w/ a trip to Disney in Dec. :bride: We are planning a night out w/out dd (3) We have a "sitter" (grandparents) for Dec. 1 (the only night we could do it - also Epcot's EMH :crowded: )

:love2:What is the most romantic restaurant in the Epcot/Boardwalk area? :love2: We are limiting ourselves to this area because we are staying at the BW villas. We will leave dd around 7:30pm – looking at a ps around 8:00.

My first 2 thoughts were Flying Fish (yummy – have eaten there twice) or Living Seas (did not have a good experience w/ a large group when we last ate there – hoping it might be better w/ just 2? DH has never eaten here).

Then I remembered Illuminations! When we were in Epcot during our 5th anniv. Celebration we ate at England and had a great table for the “show”. We loved it… but, been there… Are there any other restaurants in Epcot that offer great views of Illuminations?

It wouldn’t be the end of the world if we miss Illuminations – we can see it another night. Any suggestions? We want good food – something kinda special

What are your opinions? Thank you Disney Gurus :worship:

I would recommend Bistro de Paris. It is a very romantic atmosphere and a little more upscale than Les Chefs de France downstairs. Definitely the perfect atmosphere for a special celebration. Also, it is on the 2nd floor and they have some tables that are right next to the windows which look out over World Showcase Lagoon and you would be able to see Illuminations. The music is a little muffled but you can still enjoy it and have your dinner at the same time. DH and I did this a couple of years ago and it was wonderful. Incidentally, our 15th wedding anniversary is Nov. 3 but we are going in September. I'm sorry now that we didn't book the trip for our anniversary. We will also have our DD 18 mos. and her grandparents with us so we might try to steal a night for us and do the same thing anyway. Have a great trip and Happy Anniversary!

Palio is romantic with the strolling musician - especially if you ask them to seat you off in a little corner by a window - or, Bistro is always a safe bet and my 3rd rec would be to try Blue Zoo - very pretty, very good food.
Happy Anniversary!

I agree with either Palio or Bistro de Paris. Both are very romantic.

WOW! Thanks! I'd never even thought of Palio! I don't think dh would go for Bistro - just not his thing. Keep the great ideas coming!
