Rolling plastic tote bins?

I'm trying to find a couple of these--maybe in a 20-30 gallon size? I want them with a handle so you can roll it around, and I'd really like a Rubbermaid or something strong like that as opposed to the Steri-lite brand that I've found don't hold up to rough handling well.

Has anyone seen anything like this? I went to Rubbermaids site and couldn't find them, same thing with Wal-Mart's web site and Target's web site.
