Rolling Operating Hours adjustments???

Hello! I think there was a thread a few months ago which had cracked the code, so to speak, on when and how WDW would adjust its hours. I cannot seem to find it now.

I ask because we have a trip planned for later next month. Currently, through Nov. 13, the EPCOT hours are 10-10 each day. After Nov. 14, they appear to be 11-10 each day. This feels like one of those things where they do rolling adjustments approx 3 weeks out. I can't imagine they'd have longer hours in early Nov. than they do during Thanksgiving week.

Does anyone have any insight to the updates on this? I seem to recall they came out on Friday mornings?

There doesn't seem to be a pattern any longer for hours adjustments.

They publish new park hours 71 days in advance but for adjustments it's ad hoc.
