Rolling luggage that fits under seat??

Any ideas for some sort of rolling luggage that will fit under an airline seat?

I have the perfect size shoulder tote but it is not a rolling one. Mine is 11" high, 15" across and 10" deep with all pockets expanded and I know that it fits perfectly under the seat. But, it would be great if it had wheels. The rolling ones I have seen usually have huge wheels that would make them too high for fitting under the seat. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

There are a lot of rolling totes out there that you can use and fit under your seat just fine. I prefer to use rolling totes personally and have a couple. I bought one at Walmart. It's just plain black and looks like it could be a rolling briefcase except that it doesn't have a compartment for a laptop. Samsonite also makes some rolling totes (though those definitely will cost you more than anything at Walmart). Right now, I'm using:

It works really well. I can also fit a laptop in it for when I want to bring that along.

Does it go under the seat sideways - cause it looks too tall to fit straight under?

Yep - it goes in sideways and flat like a briefcase would.

QVC has a bag that is titled "Travelon 14" under seat rolling carry-on bag" & price is $41.95 + $6.72 S&H. Go to qvc.com & search under travelon & a number of items will come up. I bought one for our next WDW trip & it'll sure be easier to run through the airport with it! I have another bag that fits perfectly under the airplane seats but you need to carry it; this bag also came from QVC & it's called Freedom First Class. The bag is wonderful & I wish it had wheels! I don't see those items on QVC anymore though.

Edited to add that this bag would fit like a briefcase too, I suspect.
