Rolling duffle bags

A while ago someone posted about llbean rolling duffle bags anyone have a deal about that.

I bought 2 Large -sized rolling duffel bags last year for my dd and myself before our trip to Ireland and Germany last summer. I purchased them at the LL Bean Outlet store for about $ 55 a piece. What a great deal, they retail for about $99 each. If you can get to an outlet ( I see that you are in Ct.) that would be your best bet. You may not have a choice of colors etc ...but dd and I just love ours and we both got the tropical print ones ( blue and red/pink).
I picked mine up at the LL Bean Outlet on the way to the Cape.... the 1st exit before Cape Cod - Wareham, Ma. I think. I don't know where you are in Ct. , but I see they have 3 outlets in Ct.....perhaps you could call and see if they have any before you stop in !

We have 3 of them, last year when coming off the Dream a bunch of luggage got thick yellow paint all over them, including 2 of our bags. We went to the outlet in NH (plus no tax) and found them in a discontinued color, Batik green & Batik pink, for less than $30 for the large size. Like PP said most others were around $55.
I would stay away from the XL bag, when completely full it exceeds airline size limits.

It might have also been a extra % off weekend- I think we got the green batik one for $26, I just remember they weren't the same price- but both cheaper than all the solid colors. They typically do an extra % off in the outlet sometime around the 4th of July. I know they did it in 2010 (we were away and hotel was next to an outlet), and it was summer last year we got the 2 replacements.

I agree too, that the XL size would be too big and exceed airline limits. We had our both our large rollong duffels filled to the max and came close to the weight limit for overseas travel. The large is just the right size for a week trip or longer !
