Rolling Attendance Scenario

Let's say your company has a 60 day rolling attendance policy. Say your manager reviewed your attendance from January 1st to March 1st -the dates are in writing on the review but did not send you the review until March 10th. Would you expect the new rolling period to begin March 1st, or March 10th?

if it is a rolling period, doesn't it start every day and look back 60 days? :confused3

That's what rolling would mean to me.

Under the OP's scenario (which doesn't appear to be rolling) I would say March 1. If it was March 10, you would be missing 9 days.

The review would reflect March 1, but if the Manager looks at it now it would be Jan 20 - actually 1/19/2010
